3R warranty all cartridges for the period of one year.  This does not mean the cartridge will last that long.  You must bring the cartridge or mail it to 3R for an exchange or refund.  3R will not be held responsible for a cartridge that is empty and you feel it didn’t last long enough.  We will weigh the cartridge to verify ink level.  The life of a cartridge depends on what you print, for example a dominant color or bold graphics decreases the page count.  3R will not be responsible for physical damage due to mishandling by the customer.  If any print cartridge is defective due to 3R's workmanship or product failure not related to client error, we would replace the cartridge or refund your money.  We appreciate your support and understanding.  Feel free to ask any questions.
