We
want you to know who we are and ask that you support
our efforts by simply allowing us to save you money.
3R will remanufacture your printer cartridges and
save you 30% to 60% of your cost.
Have you considered what is being done with your cartridges
when you return them to the original equipment manufacturer
(OEM)? What do they do with it for you? If you dispose
of your cartridges via the local sanitation department,
are there any benefits to you? Our service will benefit
you financially.
Our
company is Ribbon Reload & Recycle, LLC (3R),
founded by Serge Vilmar in 1992, originally a company
that remanufactured printer ribbons evolved to remanufacturing
inkjet and laser toner cartridges. Our daily objective
is to exceed your expectations by delivering a printer
cartridge that prints better and last longer than
the original.
With
the growing emphasis on remanufactured print cartridges,
we are constantly researching and expanding our product
line to offer clients quality cartridges. We put our
knowledge, experience and resources to work for you
every day, and to ensure this commitment to quality,
we warranty 3R built cartridges for one year.
Using
our service goes beyond you saving money and receiving
a printer cartridge that will no doubt excite you for
the deal you just got. 3R is also known for its apprenticeship
programs for high school students who may or may not
be college bound to receive work experience and mentoring
for class credits.
Your trash can be your
gold and someone's future.
The
Process
Cleaning:
Remanufactured
printer cartridges will not operate well if not cleaned
free of fibers, ink or toner buildup. We use ultrasonic
cleaning equipment and air pressure to clean cartridges
thoroughly.
Replacing
Worn Parts:
Printer
cartridges are constructed with plastic, metal and rubber
components measured to precision. Therefore, broken
or worn parts must be replaced to ensure excellent print
quality. Damaged cartridges are discarded.
Laser,
Fax and Copier Toner Cartridges:
We
replace all seals, blades, drums, primary charge rollers
and magnetic rollers, and fill the cartridge with factory-specified
toner. All components are monitored for consistent performance.
We also use a cartridge analizer to pretest the cartridges
prior to remanufacturing to identify failed components.
We perform a posttest to confirm the cartridge was properly
built, and will perform through its intended cycle.
This cartridge analizer takes the guest work out and
keeps human failure at a less than 1% rating.
Ink
Jet Cartridges:
Ink
jet cartridges are not only refilled with the ink specified
for that cartridge, but they are cleaned to eliminate
ink buildup and streaks. Once filled the cartridge is
pressurized to create a vacuum preventing leaks and
allowing crisp printed characters.
Printer
Ribbon Cartridges:
The
used nylon ribbon is removed from the cartridge and
is discarded. We replace it with new nylon according
to factory-specified thickness, widths, and lengths.
We install sensors and other components that ensure
proper operation and print quality.
Cost:
Printer
Ribbon Cartridges cost 55% of the clients retail
cost for new cartridges. We verify the cost using the
suggested retail cost guidelines.
Remanufactured
ink jet, laser, fax and copier toner cartridges will
save you 30% to 60% of your cost. Please call for pricing
if your cartridge is not listed in our products list.
Warranty:
3R warrants all print cartridges
will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of one year after the date of purchase
by the client. Please see warranty.
